  10. How much does homecare cost?
1.  Do I have to sign a contract? Yes. Within the terms of the contract the client has the freedom to increase, decrease, or stop the service at any time without penalty. A client may also change a caregiver at any time if the need arises. Our service is designed around the changing needs of our patients and we answer that with our flexibility.

2.  How many caregivers will HisGrip Home Care send?
HisGrip Home Care believes in continuity. In most cases we are able to settle on 2 different caregivers; a primary and secondary caregiver.

3.  Does HisGrip Home Care pre-screen their caregivers?
Yes. All HisGrip Home Care caregivers are Bonded and Insured and are carefully screened for criminal records, DMV violations, and reference checks

4.  How does HisGrip Home Care choose their caregivers?
All HisGrip Home Care caregivers are handpicked for their professionalism, their affinity for home care, and their experience and ability. They strive to be trusted companions as well as caregivers and meet the following standards:

5.  Can I change caregivers if I wish?
Yes, at any time. Though HisGrip Home Care believes we have an unmatched record for assigning the best caregivers to meet each client's individual needs, situations can change. So every client retains the right to select or change their caregiver at all times.

    6.  How soon can homecare begin?
In most cases, HisGrip Home Care can have a caregiver in your home within 24 hours. The best way to ensure immediate care is to arrange a meeting with us as soon as possible. We will perform a free home assessment to ensure the care is the best it can be right from day one.


    7.  Will I be able to talk to a live person when I call?  
Yes. You will be given the contact number of our on-call Nursing Supervisor, which will remain on 24 hours per day.


    8.  Can I get objective advice if I decide homecare isn't for me?
Yes. We know homecare isn't for everyone. We take pleasure in providing good information and referrals.


    9.  How will I know what services will be provided?
Details of services provided including the frequency, duration and price will be included in your Client Care plan which will be provided to you at the time of the assessment.


    10.  How much does homecare cost?
The cost of homecare varies according to the needs of each individual, the duration of your care and several other considerations. This also includes 24-hour access to your personal case manager. Since all situations are unique, it's best to contact us for a free assessment.
